Hilda and The Troll by Luke Pearson

Blue-haired explorer Hilda has an uncanny ability to find weird and wonderful adventures and befriend peculiar creatures. Luke Pearson's cute characters and appropriately folksy style are enormously appealing, and Hilda herself is a marvellous heroine: sporting a jaunty beret and a yellow scarf, this plucky young adventurer is always dauntless in the face of danger.
